Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

The steel walls imprisoned the sounds of a hundred lives gone. Each jangle of a chain, every deep footstep on the concrete floor, told a story. Stories of guilt, of hope, all blending in a symphony of sadness. Even in the tranquility, one could feel the presence of their stories.
